Welcome to Trading Shastra Academy. By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to the following terms & conditions. We request you to read them carefully for a smooth learning experience.

1. Course Enrollment & Fees

• To confirm your seat, an upfront registration fee of 50% of the total course amount is required.

• Please note: Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• The remaining 50% of the course fee must be paid before or at the time of issuance of your trading capital (Trading ID).

• Access to the course or trading capital will begin only after full payment is received.

2. Training Program

• Our training program covers everything from basic concepts to advanced trading strategies.

• The program is designed to prepare you for real, professional live trading with capital.

• Duration, syllabus, and mode (online or offline) are specified in each course brochure.

3. Trading Capital & Prop Desk Model

• After completing your training phase, you’ll gain access to real trading capital under our prop desk training model.

• Trading capital varies from ₹10 Lakh to ₹50 Lakh, depending on your chosen course.

• All your trades are carried out under expert monitoring and guidance for a safe learning experience.

4. Loss Terms & Conditions (SEBI Compliant Model)

What’s Covered

• We provide 100% loss coverage on the trading capital allocated during the training program.

• This benefit is applicable only during the training period.

• It ensures that you learn & practice without risking your personal funds.

What’s Not Covered

• We do not provide tips, calls, portfolio management, or advisory services.

• Loss coverage ends once the training duration is complete.

• Any trades done outside the training model are the participant’s own responsibility.

Participant’s Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for your trading decisions during the training.

• Trading Shastra provides supervision, but we do not guarantee profits or eliminate losses.

• You must follow all training guidelines & rules.

Conditions for Loss Coverage

• Valid only if you complete all training requirements (attendance, mentorship sessions, and risk management rules).

• Claims for coverage will be processed only after verification by our team.

• We may deny coverage if terms are violated or misused.

No Advisory or Fund Management Role

Trading Shastra is a training institute only, not a financial advisor or fund manager. All trading actions are your independent responsibility.

Regulatory Compliance

This training model follows SEBI and other applicable regulations. We make no false promises or guaranteed returns.

5. Refund Policy

• The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Refunds of remaining amounts, if applicable, depend on program terms and performance-based conditions.

6. Risk Disclaimer

• Trading in the stock market carries inherent risks, including possible capital loss.

• Even with our loss coverage during training, profits are not guaranteed.

• Please be fully aware of the risks before enrolling.

7. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

• Trading Shastra Academy operates under legal and regulatory standards.

• Our founder, Himanshu Gurha, is NISM certified and works with certified broker partners.

8. Account Information & Communication

• Ensure that your contact details are accurate and updated.

• Trading Shastra will not be responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.

9. Modifications & Updates

• Trading Shastra reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions anytime.

• Any major updates will be communicated through our official channels.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi/NCR courts.
